Absolutely! If you need to return items from your order for any reason, please click on the Support tab and enter your information to get started.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards and you can use your Pay Pal account at check out.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM JEWELRY AND DECOR ORDERS?
We currently do not offer custom jewelry or decor orders. However, we do have handcrafted jewelry and decor that can be found by hovering over the "Shop" tab. Check it out!
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Please check your email for order confirmation and updates. A tracking number has been provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Need to return or exchange an item? No problem! All items can be returned for free within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns and exchanges after 30 days from the purchase date will still be accepted, however, customer will be responsible for shipping costs. All returned or exchanged items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items do NOT need to be in original packaging. Please use the Support tab or online chat to request a refund or exchange. All refunds will be refunded to the original payment method used. All sales on discounted items are final and cannot be returned. Please contact us with any further questions!
